  1. If you do split it up, let me know as I may consider getting one of the turbos. Cheers
  2. Are you going to do another group buy for these? What would I be looking at for postage to Brisbane, as I'm guessing that isn't included? Cheers
  3. if you did want to go to 17's i have a set with decent federal 595 rubber http://www.forums.secretdrift.com.au/index...c=34586&hl=
  4. So if I was to use a metre/(0.9) length from the top of the front legs down to the floor, it obviously won't go the whole way...they won't whinge about that? And i've found a few different types of padding available...does it have to be a certain thickness to pass?
  5. Interesting, looks a little like a camaro at the rear...but I still prefer a hardtop any day
  6. damn nice pics, so wanted to be there
  7. Can you send me a msg of how to pay for a Greddy Turbo Timer II. Thanks
  8. The car was actually a gts not the gts-t. I went to school with him, was a crazy car. I would definitely go for something like the ls2 or the likes. Alot of parts around for them and enough info on the motors. The only other option that I would have thought of would be the v8 rover alloy motor. It is quite light for an 8, but i don't know how you would go about getting parts. I know my tafe teacher put one in a suzuki mightyboy...you guys might have seen it at the hillclimbs or sprints...its a purple thing and has a supercharger on it. Was up for sale last time I checked.
  9. how much padding for the cage will you need to put in? this is going on the street still isn't it?
  10. ive got one that looks the same as the burson one. i think i picked it up for 150 a couple of years ago. the rear nylon nut did wind off but that's only because i went hard out on it. it was a simple fix of don't be retarded and don't wind so much pressure on it all at once. it has worked for 2 other people who i've lent it to. no complaints i wouldn't go and buy the expensive one unless you were a shop.
  11. I had a rb20 turbo and have now got a hks gt2540 and they are different fittings all round. The oil drain has smaller bolt flange, the water lines are the same size on each side for the inlet and outlet. The oil feed is like a 14mm. They are BSP fittings so getting them from enzed and the like are good but they won't have anything for the oil drain. A kit like you have shown would be good but if you are using a "GT25,28" turbo then you want that kind of kit. Not the T3 T4 turbo fitting kit. Not sure if they are the same or not but I would probably say no. Looking at the kit that same group from ebay have for the T25 t28 turbo they dont have a oil drain flange for the turbo so i dont know how they expect you to fit that. Just remember Garrett turbos have different fittings. Just look around. I spent prob $150 on all my lines and fittings. I didnt go the whole bling bling factor of the braided line as its not really that good. I got Blue R9 High Temp Hose. A bit cheaper than braided but entirely up to the person. Good luck
  12. Mine's gone, went for $400.
  13. I have the sc12 off the 4agze. It has a 10psi pulley on it atm. The whole lot is still attached to the motor which I recieved 4 days ago. Something over $300 im looking at. Look on ebay there is a std one on there and its already at $305. Let me know. Im in Brisbane btw. Just saw the date. My bad. Neways if anyone else wants one I got it.
