Damn, just found out one of my strut towers sit HIGHER then the other.. More good news..

Who's got some pics of their BOV's and where they are plumbed back? Would be easier in my case to fit it just after the compressor, because when I shut my boot there is hardly ANY room... Probably cause its been whacked in the front end. This chassis damage affects a lot, I am slowly learning

That pic helped. That is your AFM with red & yellow plug? Yes. Also my wastegate (external) has NO pipe at all, just the wastegate blowing straight onto my turbo oil line.. I don't like that Is it as easy as making up a pipe and bending it back into the exhaust?

Haha, knowing my luck I'll bash it and I'll break it. Just going to try fit it as close as possible to the intake..

Yeah, think I might just go back to stock and hopefully won't need any different cooler pipes. The stock RB20 BOV is very easy to press in compared to the Kompact one I have.. Might just be the spring dying from old age I guess. Thanks guys, pretty much cleared this up for me. Delete if need be, mods.

Okay, that cleared a bit up for me. Cheers. The only way I can fit the Kompact one is if I sit it on the pipe sideways? But I'm sure that would be fine..

Sorry in advance if this has been covered but the post I did find had already been deleted.. I have a HKS SSQ and the sound is dreadful and illegal.. It sits on the cooler pipe just after my intercooler (Drivers side) obviously trying to hide it from Mr. Policeman. Question is, am I able to plumb the HKS BOV back? I don't think I can.. I also have a brand new Kompact Turbosmart BOV & an RB20det BOV w/ stock crossover pipe. But I can't just put the Kompact one on because I cannot close my bonnet. So should I remove my cooler pipe going into the plenum? And put the original crossover pipe with the stock BOV. Or find somewhere to put this Kompact one in? Because it needs to be close to the MAF, right? Cheers guys.

I followed a quick guide on skyline owners forum..But didn't remove EVERYTHING that was stated. Only because I didn't need to. Only took me about an hour, maybe less.. Fun part will be putting the new bits and pieces in next weekend. But ALOT easier that I thought it would be Didn't drop the steering column either.

I was such a noob when I bought the skyline..Well the guy said he didn't know much about my car but I pretty much took it there after I bought it.. He couldn't tell me the chip he used... Was very helpful with the questions I asked but not sure if I actually got the right answers. 171atw.. But he knew that I had bigger injectors (550cc) and that I wanted to put them in.. Wasn't aware I needed another tune after installing them (told you I was noob) Got tune done then he says ill have to bring it back for ANOTHER tune, if I want to put injectors in and I was like "thanks for telling me now.." He says its a ChipTorque chip that he used?? So not sure if its nistune? Unless he just says that because he wants me to go back to him.. Pretty sure I payed too much as well aha...

Wish I took mine to Gavin Woods instead of chiptorque..

Idiots who say 'mint condition' Get there and looks like its been stomped on and thrown off a bridge.. Then wont even lower the price $10 for fuel at least... And finding more & more bog under paint... All they do is hammer the metal in so they can fit more bog... WTF!

Okay some more pics of what we (my pop) has done Sheet metal off an old racing Cortina. Hehe. Bent around into shape and welds grinded off ....This is what I was doing whilst pop was grinding and welding away, fun times.. That is all for now.
