Probably your Blow off valve, is it venting to atmosphere? I had same problem, bought a Turbosmart Plumback and fixed the problem. Then again, could be something different. Usually happened to me when slowing down to a complete stop anything above 70kms

Well like any car they can break down or cause problems in the future there 20yrs old.. But it does depend on how good the previous owners have looked after it I've just purchased a 32 early this year and I've find some nice goodies that were left off the mod list, plus some bad. But in saying that, I don't regret buying it. Also get an alarm. Skylines seem to be pretty popular with thieves lol Good luck and go the 32

I have a couple if these exact nismo script in plastic coated with chrome on my cam cover and the bottom of both front guards. I've been looking into this as well to get some stickers, down the road from me are 'Sign Xtreme' so might go down there and see what they can do.

Always loved the sound of the 1 & 2jz. But, I have only ever seen 1 supra that I think looked alright.. They're just so ugly! IMO

171 @ the wheels in my rb20.. Wouldn't say it's too much power for the street. But the turbo is pretty crappy for street. T04e. Yes, way too big. I know.

Also got a ticking noise in my rb20det.. I thought it was the tappets until I stuck my head in there. Sounds like it's either an exhaust leak or something under my cam cover.. When you slightly accelerate it gets faster and sounds (to me) that as you get faster its like swinging a rope around really fast and you get that whistle of air as it swings around... I really didn't explain that very well

Sorry to hijack thread.. But I got my r32 (rb20det) tuned with a 'chiptorque' branded chip which was the tuner's shop name that dealt with my car. My question is would it just be a nistune with a chiptorque sticker..? If that makes any sense I have been told after this was done that they are not the right tuners for imports etc. The guy that tuned my car said it's NOT a nistune.

Location? Also are you willing to put the R31 brakes etc. back on?

Well some good news at least... No rust on chassis.. Thank f.. Still need to order a new clutch though... So close to just ordering the clutch to suit T50 5sp. Also differential or rear bearings think might need a look at.. Some whining noise pops up at around 30km/h and stays there
