I have been in an auto r32 with an rb25de an it was really gutless IMO (compared to a turbo....) and sounded sooo droney..

Really wish I knew about this forum before buying one.. A heap of knowledge on this site.

Kinda in the same boat.. Love cars of all kinds but the 32 always stood out to me.. So I bought one in December last year, I payed way too much, I wasn't mechanically minded and did NOT know what to look for.. I am paying for that at the moment.. Still don't regret buying it though, mines a turbo manual and for the week that I drove it, I fell in-love. Just make sure you bring your dad or someone who has a bit of knowledge with skylines before buying one.. Good luck mate.

Sorry to dig up this thread.. Didn't want to make a new one.. Did a search and found some useful info. But, not exactly what I'm after. I may of answered my own question.. With the stock 32 gtst wheel (16x6.5 unsure of offset) I will have to widen/role my guards for a set of 32 GTR wheels? (16x8 +30) Thanks guys.

Well then every cop I have been pulled over is a c*nt.. I always try to be nice but not sucking up their ass nice.. And they just be the biggest wanker about it.. Got pulled over last weekend driving my mum to her mates in a RAV4 along a road that I KNOW cops sit at (60ks) I was going 55 got pulled over.. Cop said I was speeding and as soon as I opened my mouth he was yelling at me trying to get me to say I was speeding, just remember they record the conversation.. He finally let me drive off after searching ME and breathalyser and I literally said hardly anything the whole time

Haha, yeah.. I'm pretty sure I will end up making it look worse But, half of the paint has already been ground away to get rid of the rust

My 32 is painted gold (bought like that) and it looks like a good paint job, other than they didn't tape it up very good. (A lot of spray) Whoever looked after the paintwork did a really bad job... If it ever was looked after. I'm using it as my test to cut & polish, but will be going through a couple of YouTube vids so I'm not completely hopeless. I'll chuck some before & after pics WHEN I do the deed. Only doing this because I will be getting a respray in the future.. Still tossing up between a darker gold or white..

Well mine was fine when I bought it.. Has a HICAS lock-bar though.. Could also need a wheel alignment? I've been in my friends gtst (HICAS still present) and it feels like the rear end wobbles really bad going 100-110kmh on the highway but doesn't steer off when the wheel is let go..

Couldn't be the alarm draining battery over time? Mine (32 gtst) would only last 4 days being switched off before it trickled the juice from the battery.

Omg sucks reading this, I wanna play! Called my Internet provider up, said my Internet should be fine by 4pm Saturday.. It's now 1:15 and its still capped and won't load!! Been playing at my mates houses but their net is slow and gay...
