  1. Yeah but you need an OS triple plate to hold 600hp at the wheels
  2. 1. You're doing it wrong If you're breaking plugs then you aren't doing them correctly. 2. What cylinder temps are you measuring? 3. What HP do you make 4. What part number are you using and how are you regapping them?
  3. Wow, you guys actually have a drag strip up there? Shit I thought it was like a 3rd world country with no indoor plumbing or sealed roads. When did this happen? Hahaha
  4. They are supposed to keep opening as you pump more pressure in. You should almost get 90 degrees on the flapper
  5. Depending on which ECU you have chosen, you won't need the resister block. Most aftermarket ECUs will peak hold injectors for low imp etc
  6. Plenty of Skylines in and around your area and the Bayside area. Lots of good people too. Welcome to Oz and SAU!
  7. Sorry that is not entirely correct. You notice spiking still but it may be less of a gap at that higher boost level
  8. No it shouldn't. The volume of gas shouldn't change so it should just spike to the same level
  9. The flapper size is your issue. That turbo is right on the cusp of too big for internal gate for its turbine size
  10. Yeah I make a point of 'no comment' when people ask about other workshops. It's just not worth the shitfight. We get lots of work that comes from other places and they might get some from us as well, I dunno. But defaming another person or business is just like punching on with family, pointless and irresponsible. Unless your uncle is trying to crack onto your gf, then it's ok
  11. It's $1000 because it's a cushioned button. Stop being a pansy Go a 6 puk if you're worried about how it will drive
  12. There is one thing I have learned over the years and that is: Fighting between two people in this industry will get you nowhere. It's all heresay and bullshit mostly from both sides in most cases. LET YOUR NUMBERS DO THE TALKING! Nick, build a tough car Jono, make the CA produce a tyresmoke show At the end of the day, who gives a f*ck? I've had big name workshops rag me out to their customers and mine. sure, I've made mistakes...on cars and in business management in general. But we all learn from it and get better. You can't get better unless you make mistakes and learn from them. Getting into a war over it just leads to headaches and everyone looking stupid. Then when you build a car that runs an 8, everyone shuts the f*ck up. What Dysonest said a few pages back was absolutely correct (and this is not directed at you Mafia) but both of you - let your customers toot your horn for you. Now someone get me a frickin' beer!
  13. You're all c*nts
  14. Grisley Adams DID have a beard!
  15. Yes indeed. They are quite a unique sound those BW's. probably due to their equally unique design
  16. I see your tiny T51R and raise you a GT4718R. /end /end thread
  17. I do. I do clutch and drivetrain repairs. SKIDS!!!
  18. They are more likely to break under those conditions
