Not exactly. Forum rules prohibit me from trading on SAU as I am not a forum trader.
However, if you were to give me a donation of an amount approx $1000, then I would feel that it would be necessary to give you a gift of some kind. Seeing as it's Christmas and I know that you like the Nismo GT LED's then I think that would be a superb present for you.
Even if people buy in groups I can still 'accept lower donations'.
Probably the best way to explain myself is.....I have the ability to buy things cheap...It costs me nothing to make the order or have it delivered.....If I can save you a few dollars then it makes me happy to do so. I have no overheads so it's better for SAUers as they can save money on their parts. I get into trouble for doing it as I'm sure I will for this also. But it makes it worth while if I know I have provided a service to the Skyline community.
You should also know that the Nagisa Auto ones will not fit your car. They suit R34 GTR only.
You can have your lights sent away to them to be modified but it is still very costly to do this.
The GT LED's are the way to go - $1000 to your door
Coz you haven't asked me for a price yet.
On another note: Rohan...call me whenever you like - phone battery went dead at about midday today sorry. Andy: Calling you now!!!!!
Rohan: Make that whenever you like after half hour from.....now
He is actually going to work for Chris Rogers. I had to buy him a $200 Snapon soldering iron on Wednesday coz he didn't have the time to get out and buy a decent one for himself. I thought he was joking too when he told me but it's actually true. Which sucks coz I was gonna take my skyline there for an install but I'm worried he'll power up the headunit from the same wire that powers the ECU
I'm off to Rohan's now in my new sikarsecarnt of a race car.
1982 Ford Laser.
Features chrome wheel trims, AM radio, 1.5L SOHC CARBY engine, lambswool seatcovers.
Currently insured for 15 times more than what I payed for it. WOO HOO!!!!
That noise isn't slap. It's the sound they are supposed to make with different sized bores. They also make those noises every 4000km because it has burnt through all 5L of it's oil
I wouldn't think that would be the case. I have heard on many occasions that the LS1 gearboxes can handle 1000hp. Surely they haven't made them weaker since then
That price-up is pretty smack on the money Shane. That engine for 6k would be because they built it for someone and for some 'reason' that person didn't want it any longer. They must be trying to make their money back on parts. Either that or they are lying about never run. I'd pay them $100 to have the sump and bearing cap removed to see if there is still assembly grease on the bearing surfaces. That'll turn fochers honest I'll tell ya now.
