  1. Are you kidding? I'd wait a decade for that piece of art on wheels.

    Turbos

Here is half of the latest price list for everything smaller than a GT42R. My supplier still has some old stock so any old stock will be sold at the old prices which are slightly cheaper. Turboprices1.htm
  3. ditto.
  4. Ok, this is how you make 200rwkw on an RB20DET with as little mods as possible. Highflow stock turbo or Highflow RB25 (preferably) PWR front mount intercooler (connects to factory pipework) Exhaust - 3 inch all the way with a nice split dump Bosch 040 fuel pump Rising Rate reg of some sort Remapped ECU (not absolutely necessary but makes it safer when you are running 18 psi boost) 18 psi Boost - Don't be a pussy, the engine and everything around it can handle it as long as the tune is good and semi fat. Total cost of around $5200 including labour.

Whose booked in the Cefiro? and what problem are you having with the twin plate?
  6. just kidding! Did the blood rush to your face?
  7. aahhhh!! crap! I totally forgot about yours.
  8. Ok the GT2860R (400hp T25 flange) is still $1360 A GT28RS (380 hp T25 flange) is $1455 And I appologise but he has given me a price for the GT2535R instead of the GT2530R Price for GT2535R (380 hp T25 flange) is $1720 All of these will do the job nicely but I have been recommended the GT2860R as BT & D centre have fitted them to two GTRs now and the customers are loving them. I also sold a set to a track GTR owner who needs super response.
  9. Ok all spots have been filled. Sorry to anyone who missed out. He should be back up in around 6 months.

    Hello Qld!

Where don't you like the heat Bob? lmao
  11. I'm sure they knew what they were doing but they should have known better. The closer you put your head to the engine...the harder it is to hear pinging. You can hear pinging a lot clearer from 10 meters away than you can from 10cm. I hope they have done the right thing by you on the tune as I know of plenty of tuners who just blow through it and don't actually spend the time needed.
  12. I think it's called waking up shipwrecked! Clinging to the mast, surrounded by dead seamen.
  13. A type cam is 252 degrees and you will need IN 0.45mm clearance with a 120 degree lobe centre angle. EX is 0.45mm clearance with a 115 degree lobe centre angle. B type cam is 260 degrees and the clearances are the same.
  14. They should have given you a cam card with the clearances they want on them. If you don't have the cam card then you will need to speak to someone who has.
  15. Maybe the point of the story is......oh wait YOUR COOL!!!!
  16. For sure...and yes, that's the name I am now using. Probably won't have an actual workshop for about a year, maybe sooner but getting all the paperwork sorted first and seeing how much business I can drum up. First point of business when I open up the workshop will be to build a drift car with the 25/30. Just need to find a driver crazy enough to do the job for Drift Nationals.
  17. I could turn the boost down, fuel pressure, back the timing off. You could have all the comforts of an almost stock 32....cept the 100db out the exhaust lol
  18. I'm not...it's a shitter. Paint chips on the bonnet, center air vent has come out, centre console is coming apart, bootlid has more metallic in it so it looks more silvery than black, squeaks, rattles. So yeah, it's shitty. apart from the flames...they're cool. Airplanes miss the runway when I'm driving over the gateway bridge coz they are dazzled by the light.
  19. http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarre...0R_707160_5.htm These turbos are making 700rwhp with the correct supporting mods. They are not quite as big as the 25/30's but they come on boost much sooner and are only $1360 each. I have been told by my supplier that they have a slightly different T25 flange which is half a bolt hole out on one of the holes. He assures me that it is not a great deal of a problem. They have a very deceptive power curve in that they don't punch you in the back of the neck but will still pull hard from 3000 rpm. Better suited for track work in my opinion. If you want a 25/30 I will give you an updated price tomorrow.
  20. I want to wait til after the dyno tune on the 21st. At the moment I am ashamed of the idle. But good news is you'll be able to feel it at 250+rwkw instead of 230rwkw. Remind me again after the 21st and we'll go for a spin.
  21. I'll do it. Mine's a shitty specemin but should give you some sort of idea.
  22. What's the rush, I nearly went broke from the last one.
