  1. I don't really give a fuck who said what. You guys can argue all you like. I don't care who buys what tyre or what happens to what tyre on what car. Knowing Fineline very well, I know that it is obvious you have said something somewhere else that was stupid so he is probably just trying to stir you up. Sort it out with him somewhere else. The thread is about bang for buck tyres. So if you want Federals at KU36 prices, then come see me.
  2. Ask Whitey ^^^^ They'll be happy to do a Nistune for ya
  3. I never said I didn't but you're an arse if she doesn't attend the dyno day. Especially as I've seen her practically naked.
  4. lol - that is all You kinda need a fast car to back it up though. It's one thing to be able to turn off the light but it's another to have the red highway car up your arse going "What's this idiot doing? He can't outrun us"
  5. No, I'm only interested in dealing with quality products. And I think if you read back, he never said I dealt with Kumho tyres. He said QLD club members can already get the Federal tyres and linked to the members forum.
  6. Each brand will have their flaws or occasional problems but Federal never offloaded a shit tonne of their old product at cheap prices. All of the Kumho stuff coming out now is all new stuff, though, so anything bought now is going to be ok. But it still doesn't excuse the fact that a large company can do something like that and then not expect anyone to say anything. If you've got a tyre with an 8 year old DOT code, then be prepared for what may happen, that is all I am saying. Federal may be far from the best and may have it's fair share of problems but as a company they will back their product and any claim made against them will be dealt with professionally.
  7. How'd you like the new stickers? Dano4127 did the new design to be better suited to a range of different coloured cars including yours. did they end up looking ok?
  8. Lets just all keep our pants on here. I've been getting calls on Kumho tyres all day today and yesterday. I AM NOT A KUMHO DEALER. I am a Federal dealer. I sell Federal tyres only and the club members get them at a very good price. I'm not into price wars or beating other peoples prices so everyone can forget about it. I buy a tyre, I sell it at the same margin. If another Federal dealer wants to match it or beat it, that is their decision. I will match any price on Federal products only. If you want a very cheap semi slick that does a good job, then maybe the Kumho is for you. If you want a cheap semi slick that does a good job, then maybe the Federal is for you. I haven't done a comparison between the two to know what kind of mileage the Kumho's are getting but we are seeing 5-6 time attack days out of the RS-R in our 600hp GTR with the occasional 4 wheel drift around turn 3/4 and 6. The car does approx 500-1000ks between track days on the street also. What I can say is that none of our tyres have delaminated. I have heard of a few of the Kumhos doing this and I can say that all the Federal tyres are DOT coded within the last 6 months. Not 8 years old like some of the KU36's that are getting around
  9. Yes I'd say they saw you comin for the value of $50k then
  10. Yeah I thought it would be too but it just arrived 10 minutes ago and it is looking like the worst piece of engineering I have seen in a while. The twins have been done nicely but the rest of it is hell messy. The fuel system and boot battery are neat but engine bay...yuk. It serves a purpose though, I guess. And with over 600hp at the wheels it serves it well. It's Josh's old car btw
  11. oops! did I swear? I thought there were filters...honest!
  12. Or you could say it like this: get fucked you slutbag muthafuckers
  13. lol s l uts comes out as Broad Minded Persons - Who thinks up this shit? Seriously!
  14. Anyway, I'm off to work! I got a Silvia with a twin turbo RB25 rockin up at 7 Cyasallf*kerbroad minded persons
  15. Yeah apparently. But he needs cams and springs and no one makes cams in the duration they want and still be able to retain VCT. You can bolt in aftermarket GTR cams but then you gotta ditch the VCT. Unless you install an ECAM system by ERD
  16. Yeah, I'm only there for brief moments. Usually if I have a car to drop off for tuning or if Whitey needs help looking at his 19yo sex kitten photos
  17. Oi brother! Let me know the next time you're gonna be down at EFI so I can meet you. Whitey reckons you're a pretty cool bloke so wouldn't mind introducing myself. There may be scotch/rum involved
  18. Sad to see you sell it Waz. If anyone needs any more specific details I can be contacted on 38072789 or email at [email protected] This thing is seriously an ANIMAL! A few of the details up top are incorrect like Cam gear is on the exhaust side, and the engine is completely run in, has done just over 1000km and still retains my warranty up to the 5000km mark.
  19. Ok then you'll need to check flow on that if the filter doesn't turn up results
  20. What pump? When was it fitted? How was it installed?
