for anyone that googles this in the future, The 2 larger gauge wires are for positive and negative, dont think it actually matters what way these go around as the stock ballast is AC.
The 2 smaller green wires in the harness are for the safety that does not allow the ballast to fire if there is no bulb connected, what you need to do with these is solder them together and put some heatshrink around them to complete the circuit - just make sure you have a bulb in the socket before you power them up
