Bakes I am having the same issue as you with my car - exactly the same - will occasionally miss on or off load - and yes, sounds exactly like a WRX when started up sometimes. The problem is pretty intermittent for me - and seemed to resolve itself after I replaced the plugs - then it came back again - but not as frequently or as bad. I do find that once the car has warmed up a bit it will come good. I've been pondering the Splitfire coilpacks or one of the HKS ignition kits as a possible solutions. So let us know how you go on once the coils go in.

Haven't been on here for ages so I didn't know this thread existed - but yes I own the "other black R34 GTR vspec" in newy - with the Silver LMGT4's Saw a blue R34 GTR heading towards Koorangang yesterday arvo on the way home from work. I was in my mate's 31 at the time so he prob wouldn't have noticed me

On this topic - are genuine Nismo kits plastic (like OEM bars) or fibreglass? When I purchased my R34 GTR it had a Nismo kit fitted (as per pictures taken when the car was still in Japan), the seller assured me (he sells bodykits) that it was a genuine Nismo kit and that they are fibreglass. I'm asking as I'm looking to get it resprayed but would rather a genuine one if they are of different composition.

According to: http://www.upgrademotoring.com/wheels/gt-c.htm 19" GTC's weigh about 27.12 lbs or 12.3 kg each - so not terribly heavy in the scheme of things. Of course 19" LMGT4's weigh only 9.4 kg - but horses for courses

Just and idea mate - would you been keen to do a swap for the BBS rims that we talked about? I need some new rotors myself and am tossing the idea around at the moment What rotors are these? The standard ones that come with the F50 Brembos calipers? What sort of condition are the rotors in?
