spotted a white series 2 stagea with a ladder on the roof followed it all the way up beeliar drive last night aroung 7pm nice exhaust stock looking otherwise.

Yeah havent been on too much lately and when I have been on I have just been reading and not posting. Current job blocks internet access to non approved sites so cant post from work like I used to. Good to see more people posting though.

Gold, Thanks for the welcome back but your thinking of madwagon who stagea got hit by a bus in qld (Im in WA BTW) he was the one who was going to use the insurance money to buy an rs260. back to the topic I prefer series on stageas as the lights look better and i think the front looks more aggressive. I also think that the body kits for series one look better. only downfall on S1 is no manual but for the prices you can pick up a series one for at auction and the cost of conversion its still cheaper than a series 2 manual with the same bits like leather dual roofs and so forth thats my 2 baht

strange how series 1 non turbo models are neo but not the turbo anyone know why??

actually buddy i beg to differ autech 260rs in the uk series 2 stagea also in uk cant bring in the autech anymore tho as they have changed their importation laws there are also others but i dont think that they are as popular in the uk as in aus as they have access to other hot wagons that we dont get here

Holden would probably fare ok if they can get the VE commodoore funded before gm goes belly up so that they can secure their future in australia and allow them to continue their exports to the middle east and their push into china. The main effect on their exports might be having to rebrand their non holden badged exports overseas to holden instead of possibly defunct gm brands holden makes their own hfv6 engines and sources the heads out of mexico currently from one of the gm plants there but i am sure if gm pulled up stumps holden could shift production to a different source such as daweoo in korea. dont know what hey would do for a v8 though i suppose there would be some cheap manufacturing equipment on sale in the us that they could snap up to switch production to local i thought that the way the buyout of daewoo was structured holden had controlling interest in the company so i guess if the worst happens holden may be able to hang onto daewoo as well. my 2c anyway correct me if i have got the facts wrong i guess we wait and see only time will tell gm's fate

nice idea... i like it and that would also mean digital quality picture!!! might work well with the stag diversity antenna too otherwise one of those japanese style tv antennas would be the go
