i thought that this was ok for short periods of time but prolonged used in 2wd mode can cause some damage to the system someone correct me if i am wrong something about wear on parts that arent powered but still connected :confused:

or get an rs232 switch that you can strip out of its metal box and put into the dash somewhere to allow switching. sk i have seen flat rs 232 cables we have them hanging off the back of our pcs at work cant figure out what they connect to tho. looks like a ribbon cable with a tiny flat rs232 connector at the end i will try to take a pic

either way terminal i think we have just proved that its whole lot harder to get the awd stageas to stay in rwd than just a fuse.

the problem with low volume imports is there isnt an easy way to get the cars into the country and the cars need to be cut in half in a way that they cannot be put back together if they are for parts or not sutiable sounds like a bunch of bs hes using to get you to buy his cars

from what i have read and heard just pulling the fuse can cause damage. just because you have turned of the attessa system there is still a mechanical connection.

S1 and S2 should be the same as the changes made to the car were cosmetic and any changes to the physical cabin structure would be too expensive to implement mid life which is why lots of cars get nose and bum jobs. so in theory unless nissan was pouring money down the sink on mid life upgrades then yeah they should fit. anyone post up a pic of the roof rack on their car pretty please Glenn

get a s1 and mod it to the max when u add a new bodykit it changes the look anyway my 2 cents

just look for a january 90 model there would have to be some around then it falls under the 15 year laws so your sweet to bring it over. minis rock such a little pocket rocket
