hey guys katakana question can someone explain what it means when there is a small to after a katakana symbol for example how would you say the character ke with a small to after it?? i think it means double consonant but how would you say it.

  4. im confused what are you setting up prank? are you referring to the stagea info section? btw have heaps of info for the stagea section nearly done with the translate of the official specs and options lists
  5. use longer doors from a coupe maybe as the short doors look weird and relocate the pillar. good idea tho. should pump the rear guards gtr style otherwise the length may make it look funy thats my 2o yens worth of input

  7. lots of the guys in japan replace them with 33 gtr brakes it is apparently very easy as most of the gear in these cars has the same sort of connections mounting points and so on
  8. any mods planned ben?
  9. bring on the burning rubber. when i see gtrs down at the drags or on dvd's when they warm up their tyres they always do a huge burnout, but they only smoke the rear tyres how does that work? are they in 2wd mode or something? or does using the brake to ensure you dont roll stop the front from spinning?
  10. good thread skydney kid i will add this to the vehicle spec list i am compiling so then everyone can benefit from this info that is if someone replies with the info
  11. Hey guys just interested to find out how guys launch their beast at the drags. Do you guys like to do a burnout to warm up yout tires or just get on with it? And a question for the guys who have been down to the track for a run what are the impressions of other drivers of your beast? :whackit:

shhhh quiet gtst-v-spec might hear about this thread rezz dont you originally come from wa?
  13. bear in mind all the c34 series stageas including series one use the same ecu and sensors as the r34 ecu and sensors so yes you will need to replace all the sensors if you plan on running an r33 manual ecu. So you probably need to hunt for a loom. good luck with the engine swaps Glenn
  14. yeah sorry guys my bad just removed rego number from my post but good idea description only.
  15. love the mitsubishi "rvr super hyper sports gear r" wtf  someone got a little excited with the adjectives i think also love the commodoore vacationer take a povo pack commodoore add some wheel covers and stickers and you have a whole new model yay! what about daewoos tragic names like cielo, nubira and lanos did they put all the letters in a bucket and pick them out at random? or toyota kluger sounds like something achmed the local kebab guy would have on his specials board. I am sure thats Osama's third cousins mates brothers name but anyway....
  16. youd be hella pissed off if youd just stepped out to go down to the local seven eleven for some donuts and a slurpee and just happened to be walking home down the same street the drag racing was on and got busted by the police for "attending an illegal drag race". thats such crap guilty by association. sounds like america needs to do something about banning younger drivers from high powered cars too many of these races occur with the idiots in their suv's pickups and mustangs, corvettes and camaro's these are very high powered cars and are not the kind of car a kid who still has no pubes should be driving. surprised most of the 16 years olds can reach the pedals let alone drive those big suvs at ridiculous speeds. stupid americans with their lets try and kill an ant with a nuke approach they should look at why they have a problem and stop it from happening not just using a bandaid on a gunshot wound.
  17. Christian where are the pics of your beast? Ill extend that to any other stagea owners post up some pics of the beast whether she be stock or modded I am sure everyone would like to see what everyone else has The only reason my wifes spots so many cars is shes too busy watching what everyone else is doing rather than watching her driving must be why she didnt notice that gate she used to modify the side of her car last year Glenn
  18. someones pretending to own your stagea! porbably telling his mates he just got a turbo charged volvo!
  19. 626 wagon > stagea? wtf please explain the 80's were pretty good for starting some pretty ghey car models like the mazda 323 shades. should have been the mazda 323 nana can you see a young person with those sick louvres on their car? or the nissan pulsar reebok. nissan must have thought they would sell by association hmm.
  20. one of the blokes i work with has the same model bimmer and if his experiences are anything to go by dont touch the bimmer. he just had to replace his abs computer at a cost of $650 and that was for a second hand part new would have been over 2 grand. he has also had faulty air con, faulty central locking and cruise control turning off while its on. he has decided to sell as the problems start to build. hes looking at buying something with japanese reliability (his words) keep the 32 or buy a 32 gtr or 33 sII gtst
