Generally attacks are scripts / bots that scan for websites or predefined websites (off a list) for predefined values or text ie: ipb3 (forum software) then try to hack various parts (vunrabilities) / exploit various bugs within their software to do anything from posting adult websites, promoting other websites gain admin access (for mailing lists, user details) etc. Most of the time pain to track because they use anonymous ip software / servers or other hacked computers etc.

quick heads up if it hasn't been reported already, subscribed to a few forums and instead of nbsp tags they get replaced with &#160 tags which shows up in email programs for windows and android. So on the website it's self it looks fine, however the email version gets a bit annoying to read. eg. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/420345-for-sale-clean-out-cheap/#entry6760663 what it actually looks like in mail version: "hey have few parts that i wanna get rid of been sitting around for awhile brand new never used GFB BOV still in box $200 brand new ill sell for $150 plus postage " -C
