  1. Hey Rick, I saw you had posted a few offers on R33 GTR's on Skylines Downunder recently. Are you looking at buying another when you sell this one? I'm concidering buying one myself.
  2. Guys, I have just read a disturbing thread on the Skylines Downunder Forum regarding a group of 300zx owners odering dials from this company. Some of them waited up to 9 Months for their dials and some didn't even receive them. Apparently they relfect during the day and make it very hard to see. I am just going by what has been posted. Please see this thread: http://forums.skylinesdownunder.co.nz/show...7130#post247130
  3. Are these all your GTR's for sale? Got any 89 models?
  4. A full 3" Exhaust from the turbo back is essential for any turbo car.
  5. Take the return hose of the BOV. Be warned though..this will cause your car to randomly stall and run rich. Get yourself an aftermarket BOV if you want the wankey psssssht noise.

  7. Mechanic 1 sounds like a guy who works on commodores and fords and has no idea on the workings of anything outside that. If he couldn't do the job properly at the start he should have said so. Though you have to give him credit for fixing everything and not telling you to get stuffed. I'd hang in there, tell them you don't want it back until its running correctly. It will all turn out in the end.
  8. Pentae: You say the CA18 only came out with a silver rocker cover?? Well the CA18DET powered 180sx sitting in my driveway says differently.....its RED.
  9. No it can't. Whoever told you that is full of crap.
  10. $19k? Mate shop around for an R33. $19k will get you a nicely modded R33 GTST 5 speed. A lot newer and more power.
  11. You have the factory fitted tweeters in the A-pillars as well. Nice.
  12. The manual for SAFC 2 in english is on the www.apexi.com website. Download the latest Adobe Reader and you'll be right.
  13. Took about 10 seconds using www.whitepages.com.au AUTO TECH - GAVIN WOOD 23 Gibbs St Labrador 4215 (07) 5529 2313
  14. Please explain why this would be so. Wouldn't it cause detonation or knock?
  15. Basically what the above person mentioned..... Check condition of gear knob, steering wheel, side bolster on the drivers side seat, wear on the pedals, check alignment of km digits. Take it for a drive, listen for any knocks in the suspension or a rough idle. Check for oil leaks etc.
  16. Is it auto?
  17. Only fooling themselves really.
  18. You could mount a dickie seat on the front of Meggala's SR20 R32....sooo much space. That would be a nice ride also. http://www.meggala.com
  19. Winding back the odometer is not just limited to the import market....remember that.
  20. Seatbelts are supposed to be changed during compliance.
  21. Mine has 5 seat belts and was registered as a 5 seater. It's a coupe.
  22. I wouldn't be to sure on that. When you buy a new Timing Belt that little silver sticker comes with it. If someone has written kms in pen on that little sticker, that's when your timing belt was changed. The only reminder the mechanic needs to change your timing belt is when your car gets near to 100,000kms. So your timing belt has been changed at some stage. Another little indicator is sometimes they put the kms on the battery when it has been replaced and the date. Check on that also, could give you an indication.
  23. Yeah might have to pull out as well. Sorry.
  24. ???
