    Can you pin-point the rattles? I know I have a rattle coming from my head unit but thats because the mounting screws have come loose...just too lazy to pull the console apart and tighten them.

    Yeah I saw a compliancer hacking the holes into the side of an R32 once. Had this big file smoothing out the sharp edges...

    RON-15H - Sounds like you sold a dodgey phone. The least you could do is refund him. After you originally said in your thread that it would cost no more then $10 to fix...... Blade: I suggest you give RON-15H negative feedback via the new seller rating system on the forums so people are aware of the dodgey deal.

    i was experiencing the same problem...gapped new spark plugs to 0.9...same problem. Gapped them to a little less of 0.8 and no miss fire.

    Your car is in "Limp Home Mode" it means the ECU can't detect a signal from the AFM. Check the AFM wire you have solded the SAFC into. Remember the SAFC is tapped into the AFM wire.....

    I'm not on the dealers side or anything here but say you did import the car you currently own through an importer, do you think they would help you out with the problems you are having? At least buying from a yard you have the oppurtunity to get a roadworthy and thorough check over the car before you buy. There is a big risk involved in importing your own car.

    I have read the entire thread and would like to ask a few questions: 1. Will the engine fit straight into the engine bay or will there have to be modifications of engine mounts etc etc? 2. If this conversion is so easy and the end result a powerful engine....why didn't Nissan ever develop and include the RB30DET in one of there cars? Cheers.

    They are right about clutches not being covered under warranty. Check your warranty terms and conditions, its all explained in there. But sounds like they operate a pretty dodgey business.

    Just a K&N element should do you fine $95~. I suppose it depends on the shape & size of your current filter. You could go a POD but I wouldn't recommend that.

    First thing I would do with a NA car is get a quote on a 2 1/2" exhaust with extractors. Possibly an air filter upgrade - nice and cheap. From those two mods alone you will notice a nice increase in power. As far as anything else performance wise I'm not to sure...possibly cam/s?

    I read this post and thought to myself...How old is this guy? Its a car, get over it! I feel way more sympathetic to the roo then to some holden that has a dent on the bonnet and a stuffed windscreen. Maybe he should upgrade his brakes?

    Well one question you should ask yourself HOTR33 is what would adding an exhaust do to your insurance premium? Most people are happy with the standard performance of the skyline and don't see a need to install an exhaust or add a pod etc. For example if I was to purchase a GTR I would leave it stock as a rock because I know the performance would already be quite enough for me.
