  1. Made mine less laggy and smoother and feels more responsive and that was after having it with a after market manifold.
  2. Just thinking if it is a 25 turbo they don't have a port on the turbo for the actuator which i think removes the only port befor the throttle body and could be why the charcoal canister line has been tapped into, not the wright way to do it but could explain the trouble. Happy to be wrong though.
  3. And port the exhaust manifold
  4. I would check it is a stock turbo and if it is check your cooler pipes, mine runs a 25 turbo and has full boost by 3200 max. Standard injectors are red so you can see if they are different, as far as power up on a budget 25turbo, front mount cooler 3inch cat back, remove mufflers depending on quality and 14 to 17psi.
  5. I am in Gympie so bit north, don't no any of the other skyline owners but know a few people with rotors ect.
  6. You have a nice clean looking car there, I personally like to debadge cars i find it makes them look cleaner. One piece of advice is don't drive it till somthing goes wrong just once and a while just take sometime to have a look over the car for things like water/oil leaks and things that move that shouldn't. And have fun with it.
  7. Sau sticker
  8. White 33 on tucker street Gympie, say sticker on window
  9. I forgot that part, Ill go back to my corner now.
  10. Using a ceffy pump I thought would be easier, same pulley and off a rb20. I was going to couple it with a 31 reservoir
  11. Have seen a green 32 around Gympie a few times.
  12. You can buy a adaptor kit for it but i don't think it comes with a tail shaft and it cost 2200 from the states
  13. Air lock would explan the water pumping up and down when looking at it, maybe even check a head check if it has been over heated, it could be pressure escaping through over flow and not boiling.
  14. Good to see someone giving a 20 some love, would love a 270kw one maybe more just because i think it would be amusing as a daily. Is the nistune ecu a budget thing just thought aftermaket or piggy back would give more room for improvement later down the track
  15. 1.2 would be fine with 1.5 you will probly find it will boost cut with the colder wether, with that in mind the turbo it self needs to be in good condition.
  16. Car made 130kw atw and now has 170kw atw, i have herd the same thing about not going over 1bar. I have been keeping an eye on it and there is no shaft play and not blowing any smoke, being a auto may help take some wear and tear of it though
  17. It will be fine, my 25 turbo has been running 16psi on the stock ecu for 2years now with no problems

  24. with the turbo as long as you have oil all hooked up you will be fine, just let it have a good idle down after a hard run
