    I might be wrong but from wat i have read, they can be a bit hit and miss with the results, one reason i haven't got one. If your on a budget you could probly get away with a piggy back

    they say welding with out rmoving the battery termanals can also damage the electrics and yet there are shops the don't do it that way with brand new corvettes with no problem, so I think a lot of it is just talk.

    Only just found this thread so sorry if i have missed this but y cant we just put a manual valve body in and wire the od switch into a diffrent power sauce and just run a manual ecu ? O and I have a r32 with 220 rwhp probly a bit more now and a 3500rpm converter and loving it.

    And prices and what's involved. In a build realt depends on how it is built. Eg wether you go forgrd internals and such

    From my understanding the advantages are better off boost toque from the 30 bottom end with the better tunning and power from the twin cam head.

    hx 35 goes well with the right tune and set up.

    Do it. I have one of these and did it when i first got the car and knocked the cat out and i had a turbosmart cannon and it wasnt to bad drone a little had a nice noise on take off, then i got sick of it so i loped the cannon off and put on 3.5inch shotgun pipes

    Yeah I have it running 16psi daily somtimes more and have done skid pan days, drags and just genral mischief most of us do wen we r younger.

    I am planing on building one of these for my gtst, from wat I understand the 26 crank bolts in and the pistons you need are 82mm the block will need to be bored and the conrods small end bushed to suit the gugon pin, but as sed it has been done a far bit so all info needed will be some where

    I have removed the bov from mine because it was leaking and just couldnt afford a new one at the time, then i herd peaple saying it will bugger your turbo because of all reasons given,now im not saying bs but no one seams to have first hand expirence to say it does, so i have left it dose to c if a can stuff it so for the last 12 months its been daily driven and so far the turbo is no worse off then wen i started.

    you should be able to just plumb back the blitz but if in doubt stick the factory back on.
