Taking off the cam cover is a bit of a worry. I'm worry something get jammed between the two gear and cause some damage.

Duncan, definitly not from the NA. I'm sure the NA has only the single sided pistons. I wonder if it's possible to install the rear pistons on the front???

Ravensfan, what's the offset on those rims? I thought that the GTR has different offset than the stock GTT? What's the correct offset should be for the GTT?

I don't know about boosting it up to that high using a stock piston. I don't think your piston and conrod gonna stand up to it for very long. If 6mths is what your after, probably it will. I'm sure that if you keep the boost to 7psi as what the factory spec on the turbo motors are, it would last a long way. To lower the compression, I think you will either need to get a custom made head gasket, or to change the piston with lower compression ratio.

I found this pic on the web (I don't remember which site). I don't recall Nissan or Autech ever make a 4 door R34 GTR. This car got the wide body for the front and rear even to the DOOR!!! I'm interested if any one know how to get the rear fatten up on the 4 door like this. :wassup:

I took my R34 to Highway Nissan in Brisbane the other day. To get them to check the Fault 21 code on the ECU. Left the car there at 10am. by 4pm they called me and told me that they haven't done much to my car, coz their computer won't plug in into mine!!! 6hrs to tell me that? Makes me wonder if they couldn't find where the consult port is on the car or what?!

Dang!!! They go to that extend to steal bits of your car. Probably the best things to do is take picture of every little bits of the car before it is shipped / goes on the container.

Apex-i has a new muffler called "PS Revolution MUFFLER" that does that. http://www.apexi.co.jp/pro_apexi/exhaust/ps_rev.html No need to add additional control. It just adjust the baffle when on low throttle and full throttle. I think it's pretty cool. Anybody know where I can get one here in Australia?

How comfy are these OBX seats for daily driven car?

I've shipped an R34 from Melbourne to Brisbane. The car were unregistered at that time. But in Brisbane, got no problem. Just get the mechanic to issue road worthy certificate, and then take it to QLD transport for inspection that the engine no and the vin no matched. and it's all good.

A friend of mine did Sydney Brisbane-Sydney in the R32 GTS-T. God I'd love to do that, if it weren't for the restricted speed limit. It's tha long pain of getting there. Driving fast doesn't mean you have to drive stupidly. The european been doing it for years at the autobahn.

That is so wrong. It's definitly not going to give you much more power than stock N/A, and definitly way less then turbo charged.
