I've seen one of the vicroads "highway patrol" cars on the M1.. they pulled over a big ass truck. Have not seen a vicroads "van" before, just the cars with purple flashing lights.

i think they have seriously dropped the entry requirements for vicpol recruits.... regularly see cops learning traffic management at intersections in the cbd - some of them are only 5'5" !
