Alot of race R34 GTR's have the MFD removed and replace the area with guages or a blanking plate. Remember these are fully stripped interiors, they dont have to look pretty. Love this vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7W2DjnlDIw

I'm sure you can report it anonymously, but you would need plates of the car and exact time/location. It would probably be followed up with internal process.

I did get 1:39.9 There is alot more time in my car with the right setup (and more driver skill ) I know what you're saying but I wasn't happy with the suspension setup, and would be just burning rubber and fuel. Always next time.

Thanks to the flaggies and officials. Was a good day, well done to everyone, some very quick times! Thanks also to Ray for getting my car ready to go. Open wheeling diff for the lose. I need more laps at Winton to get it right.. my lines were all over the place. If I had the new suspension setup in it would have helped too. Oh well at least i still snuck in under 1:40 hehe.
