Thanks. yeah that's exactly what happened.. intercooler hose kept blowing off.. never happens on the dyno =( I got 4 laps in all day... 180 / 4 = $45 a lap

GT35/40 FTW.. you'll make well over 300rwkw with reasonable boost, that answers the "what's needed" question. But as everyone has stated, don't bother chasing that power and beyond unless you're willing to spend $$$$ to build the engine with forged internals + all the supporting fuel, cooling, breathing mods.
