  3. Perhaps not. It could be when the light comes on at 5000km, the idea is to remind the driver the car is due for an oil and filter change/service, and a reset button may then be pushed once the service is complete - thus resetting an internal counter, wired to the odometer, which will count until another 5000km is clocked up, at which time the light comes on again. I like it. It would be an accurate way to know when the car is due for a service rather than letting it go for a few 100km over. Then again I could be just making sh!t up here but it's definitely an aftermarket device, I've not seen one before. Kinda cool..

  8. This reminds me of a few weeks ago when I was sitting in my car in a dark side street near an intersection somewhere in South Melbourne before heading to Motel. I had pulled into a park to make a quick phone call and next thing I hear this screeching sound and I look up to see this big ass jalopy beige coloured land cruiser come out of another side street absolutely sideways, overcorrected left, then right, spun around very nearly missing a power pole and ended up in the gutter facing the wrong way in the street. I had my window down and couldnt believe this moron's stupidity! trying to power slide on public roads in that thing. Just as he came to a stop, he looked around sheepishly to see if anyone saw how he fu(ked up, then he noticed me watching across the other side of the intersection. He had this big cheesy grin on his face like he meant to do it or something. I called out "nice one d!ckhead". He just spun the car around and sped off. What a tosser. If there had been a parked car there he would have easily taken it out, and he would have definitely collected another car coming the opposite direction. I would have liked to see him damage his car to teach him a lesson for doing dumb sh!t like that.
  9. Are these Damper adjustable too? Reason for sale?

  11. Just get out there and have a go. If you dont feel like competing in the SAU Vic club championship you dont have to. You should compete against yourself, try to better your previous personal best lap time at each track day you enter. Either way it's all in good fun.

  23. Perhaps if you didnt drive around areas which are commonly targeted by cops and also dont post up threads abusing a certain member then you wouldnt get so much attention from them ? Just a thought.
  24. If you're driving around daily with seriously dumped suspension, your negative camber will obviously wear the insides of your tires b4 the outer tire... so a wheel alignment isnt going to solve the problem. It's something you have to expect if you run lots of negative camber to fit the wheel/tire under your guards when your car has very low suspension. Looks good but only get half the use out of your tires ! Hope they're not 19's
