ummm... you certainly dont need to be rich to drive a skyline... I don't think skylines are special.. the more there are, the less value they have. Nice fun cars to drive, sure.. but exclusive cars reserved for "rich" people..? no. I like my car, but I dont pretend it's better than what it is... "just another skylline" meh.

Not if the intercooler is aftermarket. Standard intercooler and aftermarket pod filters are ok. You can only have aftermarket air filter OR aftermarket intercooler - not both. Personally I think this rule is BULLSHIT, I've got my stock R34 airbox handy just in case I need to swap it over. Although last time I went through a RWC check point they didnt say anything about the 2 induction mods. Maybe cos I'm not on my P's

haha.. I've been shown how to remove and re-fit the AVC-R boost solenoid 3 times and I always forget which hoses go where! Next time someone shows me I think I should be taking notes

word of advice - Don't openly talk about any performance mods you may have on your car to the EPA guys. They will happily stand there listening to you tell them all about your lovely boost controller, fuel computer, upgraded fuel pumps, injectors, how much power you make, etc. Then slap a nice orange sticker on your windscreen with 30 days to return the car to stock or get a full ADR47 emissions test done which costs around $2500. They can also instruct vicroads to suspend your registration if you dont comply, and vicroads will just do whatever they are told. EPA has the higher authority.
