What car is it for? Do you mean your 180km/h speed limiter ? or stock boost? There is not "boost cut" but you may have a fuel cut out when boosting too high with stock ECU. The stock boost is set at a certain level, if u replace the solenoid with an aftermarket electronic boost controller... u can boost to what ever u want. Just make sure you increase your intake air cooling capacity before boosting above 0.7 bar

Weather forecast for Sunday is: Local early fog then fine. Mainly sunny. Min 8 Max 19 w00t! And because Philip Island and AutoSalon is on this weekend... hopefully there wont be too many cars... I called Winton and they said there's a limit of 40 cars they can permit on the track at any time... so be prepared for over-taking the slower cars! See you there!

I'd be all GO for this event, just want to clarify something.... the supp. regs says you need "roll-over" protection if race tyres (eg slicks or grooved slicks) are fitted...... does this mean you need a roll cage on your car if you have semi-comp rubber on??

Apparently there is a design flaw with the sandwich plate on the early group buy oil cooler kits from Meridian.. the newer ones have been corrected. But because of the way the Nissan oil filters fit, the sandwich plate inner ring lip has to be ground back about 2mm. Contact Toby @ Meridian about it if you got your kit from there..

I might be in for the fun day @ Winton on Sunday... there's no pre-registration, I think u just show up and pay on the morning. You dont need a fire extinguisher, just a roadworthy vehicle, and a helmet.

Well, NDSOC are also having a club night tomorrow night to go see NASCAR 3D at IMAX... they're meeting up for pizza and drinks beforehand at 227 Lygon Street, home of the Ferrari Club! then off to see the movie at 9pm.. That's good advice, and you're absolutely right I'll see how things go... I definately want to get out on the track in the 34. But judging from my cars handling on fast corners, I'd like to get my whiteline adjustable swaybars fitted.. also need new race pads & fluid.

lol, yeah i wasnt expecting much.... they are very short commercials but still kinda cool to have my car in a TV commercial Apparently they're being shown in Village cinema's too w00t! Mark S. (MCCR president) has his black MR2 featured in one of the commercials too.... as for the silver supra they chose, i think they could have chosen a better example as that one looks pretty stock except for the wheels!
