If it's a first offence for driving whilst suspended, the magistrate will probably be lenient and order a fine usually around $250, with a conviction recorded against the drivers record. If caught driving whilst suspended again, another court appearance, definitely another fine and possibly a jail sentence. Max penalty in any case is $3000 and/or JAIL. Imagine having to spend time behind bars just for driving your car.... fcuk that! Advice: either dont drive whilst suspended, or dont get caught!!!!

I know it seems like a simple thing to do, but for those who have replaced the standard R34 shift knob with an aftermarket one, does it just screw off counter-clockwise? or do I need to remove the leather gear boot and middle console to unscrew anything? If it's just a screw off thing, then I guess I'll have to use a bit more 'force'
