    -5's can make around 400kw at the tyres.. just over 500hp, with stock cams.

    8k front 6k rear from memory. They come with C-spanners (haven't been used) and damper adjusting pins if you don't want to use the electronic in-car controller (similar to Tein EDFC). I am willing to separate the electronic adjusters.
