  1. Engine

    Stock internals RB26

     Turbos

Garrett GT2860R-7s, 15.5 psi (currently boost is limited due to 7psi actuators)

    Intake

Apexi power intake kit (twin pods)

Twin turbo pipe mod (plate welded into the TT pipe) to separate air to front and rear turbo to promote laminar flow and reduce turbulence

Stock intake pipework with AFMs inactive (O2 controlled by Link Wideband)

    Exhaust

    HPI stainless dump pipes

HPI stainless equal length front pipes

Apexi N1 3.5 inch stainless cat back

Stock cast exhaust manifolds, metal multilayer gasket, new genuine Nissan studs and nuts

    Fuel System

1000cc Bosch Dynamic Flow Matched Injectors

Walbro 460lph Fuel Pump inc wiring upgrade direct to battery

    Turbosmart FPR800 Fuel Pressure Regulator

    Ignition System

    Stock Ignitor

    Splitfire Coil Packs

    BCPR7ES plugs gapped to 0.7

    ECU and Sensors

    Link G4X ECU

    CAN Wideband O2

    Link Flex Fuel Sensor

    Syltech fuel pressure sensor

Syltech oil temperature and pressure sensor

    Syltech coolant temp sensor

    Syltech air temp sensor

3 port MAC valve (electronic boost control via the ECU)

    Tune

    Dyno tuned for full flex

    262kW on 98

    282kW on E85

Was told by the tuner that I was limited by the small actuators (7psi) meaning they could only get 15.5psi with the boost controller, I have some HKS 14psi actuators incoming and will run it up again on 18-20psi.

Weld a R35 card AFM post intercooler, select you're running 1x AFM and a R35 card. Adjust the TP Load scaler and off you go. Also don't wire it to chassis ground, make sure it's sensor ground (ie the ground that goes back to the ECU).

    Don't bother with twin AFMs.

Thanks for this mate. I'll have a chat with the tuner about this option.

  3. I'm getting prepared to tune my 260rs with the following main components. Nistune ECU on E85 with flex, Garrett -7 turbos, Walbro 460 fuel pump etc injectors to be chosen by the tuner

I've got most bases covered apart from air flow metres as I'm still running the stock ones. The traditional go to was Z32s or Nismo AFMs but are there any other modern cost effective options out there that work with the Nistune ECU?

  4. Genuine Nissan remanufactured ECU for R32 GTR. I bought this a few years ago with the intention of chipping it with a nistune board however I recently found another ecu so this is surplus to my needs. I have tested it in my 260rs and it works great. $150. Can pickup in Adelaide or post anywhere in Australia

  5. Apexi N1 stainless steel catback exhaust built for R32 GTR but has had one section added to fit my 260rs Stagea. 3 inch exhaust in good condition but sits a little low for my liking. A few minor scrapes. Rear cannon in great condition, always polished. Would suit 260rs or 32/33 GTR with minor modifications. May suit other stageas with some modification. $350 pickup in southern suburbs of Adelaide. Price negotiable for a quick sale.
