How much do you think it costs for a decent cage??? answer=alot of coin How much do you think it costs to seam weld throughout the shell even under the shell???? answer=alot of coin How much do you think it would cost to acid dip??? answer=you cant.... Its worth the dollars for someone who wants an absolute animal set up, bugger all weight, stiff and rigid... Dux nuts paul by far.

Please read the details... acid dipped. Dipping the shell in acid strips the weight within the base metal. Porsche cup cars are of the same design. It lightens the base of metal, meaning certain percentages of product in the metal is minimal. The chassis is only strong based on the cage, if there was no cage it would be floppy as anything.

also forgot to mention, standard seats, dash, door trims, etc fit. only thing you need to consider is no rear seats etc of course. Standard suspension fits, steering rack, brakes etc fits without any issues.

the rest of the car was sold off by falken back in the day. I bought this shell from a world challenge cup race team who have had it as a back up shell. They also own the fujitsubo car and another which i cannot remember. The nagisa auto is an ex taikyu shell as well. there are 3 un counted for, but it is believed that they were severely damaged and unusable. In all honesty its a bargain, think about how much it would cost to cage it up and seam weld a chassis of that calibre, let alone i have never heard of anyone doing acid dipping on their shell for circuit, drag etc. We picked it up with 3 people!!!

As outlined I have an R34 GTR N1 Super Taikyu shell. 1 of 12 built in the world for the series, ex FALKEN car which won the series. I have decided to stop building up the car as my wife and i have other priorities at the moment. The shell is completely roll caged with it going through the firewall to the struts and under the car.Seamwelded, acid dipped from Nismo. Badged and numbered. its not that people dont have money, its merely the problem of an "old" car modified to high heaven having to compete with cheaper models and cheap newer models, the 35R coming out has people saving and watching the market. Thats why no one has paid the money. Right now is a volatile time for selling, its a buyers market.... Good Luck mate, hope you can get rid of it at the money you want.

Hi, quick question. Is there a problem in relation to offset differences? For example there are wheels which are -6 at the rear and +7 at the front. Is there any problems with the 4wd system? Cheers

mate i can get a 34R motor for $3.5k, box for $1,500 diffuser for $300, i think YOU are searching in the wrong spots mate, A whole front half cut with loom, steering column/rack, motor, box, headlights, bonnet, fenders dash for $9k!!! I have been messing with GTRs for a very very long time, had my own workshop, new part suppliers and ex race part suppliers. So, i dont think i have a unreasonable understanding of what it costs. You can get things cheaper off Zac at slidewize already without having to do any real searching. Sorry mate... The car has no damage history... So i dont have a clue what you are on about, it is not a write off or stat write off.
