I got a set of Toyo Trampios for $1100 from tyrepower in port kennedy 2x 245x40x18 2x 265x35x18 Tyres are pretty good and service there from the boys are great. Im guessing something in 17inch would be a bit cheaper than that. My personal experience is that tyre places rip people off whereever they can. You get a quote for the exact same tyre down the road for $80 more.

I dont know how the price compares tho. Auto wind up windows is definately worth the extra $125 or something, especially for a lazy man like myself

I got done for not paying my rego (3 weeks or so overdue) and the cop gave me a court summons for it. I had to either go to court and plead guilty, or fill in a form saying that I plead guilty. inc $200 fine BTW.. i was doing nothing wrong, going the speed limit, indicating etc.. he was just a di ckhead cop with nothing else better to do (obviously they rid WA of criminals that day)

I reckon $5k will be pushing it for anything decent, no offence... My mate just got a AE86 for a bit over that, looks pretty nice, maybe a bit more you can get a R32 gtst. Also another mate just got a Liberty RS with a few things done to it for $10500, as quick as my car but worth about half as much. Dont know if the budget will stretch that far tho

Now for pure rice factor, what do you guys think of these. Few places selling them on international ebay and also worksauto sell them for $150. What do you think of the safety issue, like.. is it gunna get sucked in and blow the engine up from the inside? ALSO, it says its easy to install, has any1 know of any1 who has installed one? Another option is to get a quieter exhaust. I have a real quiet trust cat back system which i want to get rid of for a louder one. Maybe we can do a swap. If you want we can arrange to meet somewhere and you can see the noise difference

looks like a Hybrid (same as mine) I bought mine off ebay, at the time it was by far the cheapest around. I installed it myself, few complications but went in pretty easily (although im not a mechanic) I found it to be pretty good, but then again i have nothing to compare it to as ive never had another FMIC. It hasnt blown up on me (yet). I got the chrome polished pipework kit, although i notice they are only selling the anodised blue or red, which i could of got at the same time instead. personally i prefer the polished. Red and blue is a bit rice BTW if you want to see it before you buy it.. send me an email at [email protected] and you can pop around and check it out. Just dont comment on my dodgy installation work. Its on a slight angle and is held up by 2 cable ties on the top (and 2 bolts on the bottom)
