No idea if that would definately cause it, but my guess is that it would. The black smoke might be it just overfueling to compensate. Not 100% sure

dude.. this exact thing happened to me. My rego was expired for 2 weeks, rego due around 15th dec and i was picked up on 27th dec (day after boxing day), wasnt doing anything stupid on the road or anything and the cop gave me a summons to goto court. In the end, I just had to plead guilty and be done with it. I think i copped a $200 fine and no demerits from memory. It was extremely frustrating at the time, all it was is that I forgot to pay a bill too

Dude, just head to WA salvage. I got my drill for $12.99 ages ago, and a box of about 20 drill bits for $4. They work fine on plastic, everything else and the drill bits arent that good, but for that money, cant complain

Doesnt the tacho just come off the ecu? You tap a wire off the ECU for SAFC2 RPM, or does the stock tacho run mechanically some other way, correct me if im wrong

safety first mate PS.. i took the car out tonight and damn they're bright. I thought it was day light, but my parkers look like indicators now they're that different. Is there just a whiter globe you can get for the park lights for R33, not HID, but something that blends to it a bit, otherwise im cop bait
