  1. BUMP.BUMP.....Come on guys any more suggestions?? Just to add to all of the above, took the car down to my local nissan dealers who plugged in the CONSULT diagnostic tool and was told that it couldnt make any contact with the car......this just gets more weird by the day. Cheers Gerry
  2. Well i have checked the Grids fuse and it seems ok. The unit was not set at all so it ruels out the fulltime rwd theory which i wisah was true..... Everything has been checked so it only leaves with one option, the Atessa ecu has been fried......Fingers x its not. What i need is the Nissan Consult monitor to see what fault code it comes up with so i at least know what i should be looking at. Cheers Gerry
  3. Nice one Dino, shame they didnt bring the Z-tune skyline out to play around with lol Cheers Gerry
  4. Hi guys, Im a newbie here and im already asking for advice....CHEEKY i know but i will go mad if i dont fix this prob. I recently had a load of work done on my R34 GTR that needed to drop the engine and gearbox out. When the car was put back together along with a new set of nismo clocks, the 4WD, ABS & Airbag lights were all on. The mods were all internal appart from a GRID TS Dancer that was fitted in Japan that was workig fine before i took the car in for the work.... I have checkd all the fuses, disconnected the battery for one day etc etc and still the same. Is there any connections that may have been left out or another fuse that may have blown causing this problem??? Any advice appreciated. Cheers Gerry
  5. Hi guys, The Torque splitter unit was installed previously in Japan and was working fine so i dont see how its instaallation can be a problem. What im thinking is that on of the torque splitter fuses may have popped and caused a problem as its wired into the ecu.. OR it could me something else altogether....Im just worried that my mechanic has fried the Atessa ecu..... Cheers Gerry
  6. Hi guys, Im a newbie on this board and need a bit of advice/help on getting a problem sorted on my R34 here in the UK. I recently had a load of engine work done including an engine overhaul, new turbos, oil pump etc and a new set of sexy Nismo clocks that i picked up cheap in Japan. The car was all put back together by my tuner who is to be the best in the UK..... When i got the car back he mentioned that at first the Nismo clocks wouldnt work but fter some fidling around they were ok. Since the clocks have been working the 4WD, Airback and ABS lights have been going off. I have NO 4wd at thre mo with the MFD not reading any torque in the front wheels, no ABS as i found out on a wet day. All the fuses under the bonnet, in the drivers footwell and the few fuses in the boot have been checked and they seem to be fine. I knowthe Atessa ecus in the boot are getting power as they are war mafter a drive... SOmething that may have effected the car is the GRID Ts DAncer Torque splitter controller unit which is based in the boot and also has an inline fuse.....Appart from that i really dont know what the problem can be. Does anyone have a clue as im tired of going round a corner and coming out on opposite lock lol Cheers Gerry
