    Recommendation

If you're in the east try Traction Tyres and more in Rowville. They know skylines well.
  6. yep you are right but still makes is a useless turbo for us unfortunately. We might still be able to sell it off seperately.
  7. haha. This thing will be competitive at Deca but if we are really going for times I'll bring my 32
  8. back in 2010 I was on 245 rubber, 225-230kw. And remember thats an RB20 230kw haha. They were good times hey Ant! Also it wasn't that 'stripped'. no rear seats but had a half cage. air con out but that's about it. I was regularly driving to track days then. My opinion.. Ant's and my cars were neck and neck and we both had a ball in the cars we chose, 2WD or 4WD. I'm RWD biased so I think Ant's car would be faster without 4WD but only on some tracks, not all. For the weight penalty you need to have more grip, power down (not all GTRs get front wheel power down with worn transfer cases), brakes etc, so a RWD will arguably make the times 'easier' and cheaper. Before Ant and I upgraded things in 2011 we were both doing roughly 34-35's at Winton, 47-48's at PI, 24's at Sandown. Conclusion.. If you want your GTR to go as fast as a GTSt add more rubber, brakes, power and cash haha.
  9. Yeah. A few days ago I moved it into the shed at my place until we have time to work on it. lol Matt has been busy getting the GTR back on the road and I've been busy fixing up a ski boat. Campbell has been doing what Campbell does so yeah it's on the back burner again... We'll probably get back to it in the coming months.
  10. I had some that I took back to friends house yesterday... You still need em?
  11. Looking forward to it already! I'll be there again. Hopefully a few more aero mods and maybe lean on the motor a bit more to get more straight line speed might try some 295s if they fit aiming for a 39 although that will probably just be good enough for mid pack these days!
  12. Remember your RB25 probably won't let go Driving to 'low wear' events like motorkhanas, hill climbs or winton are great if the car isn't too wild. You won't need a spare set of tyres, jerry cans, spare brake parts etc so driving to the events is a lot easier. Or.... Are you going to buy a trailer? If you're going to buy one anyway and have a tow car already then maybe don't bother with getting a RWC. They can be pretty hard to pass unless the car is quite stock...
  13. Shotgun a small or medium hoodie
  14. How hasn't this sold. So cheap and it's so effective and looks mad
  15. If it's 24th March I'm out. I have a wedding gig that night. If it's another weekend I'm interested.
  16. Not sure I'll make it this year. Too much on the go...
  17. I have bought a house with a mate. Working well. Having said that he's the only person I know that I trust enough to do it. End of the day it comes down to the people involved. I know people that done it with family and it split up the family. Contracts are a pain in the arse but it needs to be done.
  18. Feb Deca would be good but might be a bit soon...
