i recived mine and fitted it on the weekend and it works mint, fast delivery to, but just wana say when instaling the non- recolation kit, dont forget to use thread tape on the 2 little bolts at the top (i think it's were the oil temp gauge and that goes) i forgot to do this the 1st time as im an idiot, but apart from my stupid mistake its all sweet... just posting incase anyone els is installing there own

i can tolerate bogans in commodores i think, because there just bogan and there really quite funny when ya see a car load of them and they have there bogan gf's in there hrt jackets and all that.. but the p-plater vn comodore drivers who only have it cos it was $2000 in the quoka and there $300 a week job, plus there $150 a week crystal meth addiction, plus the $50 fubu jacket they got to have simply means they can't aford nice cars..they wish they could have nice cars like some of us but they can't... there the ones i realllllly hate, i dont even get me started on the male lancer drivers with the playboy spec thing goin on.. i can tolerate trucks though because maybe my car parts are in it
-
for me its more lancer drivers ahah and mirage drivers, were they have a few stickers and a wing and a hot dog on it, and there mate in the car (groupy)who also cant wait to save for a lancer of his very own and probly tells his mate how "fully sick" his lancer is. and they try to get you goin at the lights or sit up your ass... i live in high wycombe wich is like commodore central and i must admit its pritty good out this way, get the oddl nv p plater... but mainly import drivers i find pritty good, you get the usual, my bov is louder than your bov thing happin at the lights but thats about it...its like anything i guess you get the good with the bad..
-
but you can still kill yourself in a bunky right??ild rather do high speed in my line then some datto with 2 wheel nuts on each wheel, i think no matter what you are in if ya be a dckihead wont stop the powerpoll commin through ya door.. but if ya do get a skyline or anything turbo, just be real carefull in the wet.. i remeber when i 1st drove a turbo in the wet and i was just driving normal but like i would in the dry, and i was facing backwards pritty quick.. so be carefull man.. but i would look into insurance also 1st can't see it being cheap.. might have to get a 2nd job at night whoreing your backside out just to get it covered
-
yeah i was there, thing was of it's tits..sounded awsome!
-
not that its what your after, but go to the for sale section and look in buisness traders, and look in there, i think it is just jap who are doing the din gauges, but their's are the whole 3 gauges, but still i think there goin real cheap, and might change your mind.. ive bought heaps from just jap so i can recomend there service (hope this doesnt start an argument)

well the second shop in mention i found very very rude. as i alot of the time i work were there is no phone service and i leave about 5 6 in morning when noweres open i leave my gf a note with details to get me prices, info ect,.. she rang for some prices, and they asked her something and she didnt know (and i do relise shops get alot of toolies ringing asking crap and it would get frustrating) and she knows nothing about cars and couldnt anser it, and the guy was really rude and simply hung up on her.. now instead of giving her 2 mins and asking her one or 2 questions to find out what engine was in my car (ok mam well if you dont know what engine is in it do you know what kind of car it is) they crack it and hang up... i dont think a little time is to much to ask for when im going to be spending 1000's of dollars.. and although i have had no work done buy this shop i cant comment.. but the phone service sucks balls
-
yeah maybe one day ill get of my ass and do it, though i dont like the idea of playin around with stuff like that because im stupid and will probly come of down the high way and then i wont be a happy phill, womder who would fit them

How to: Anodize your brake calipers
shmiddy replied to shmiddy's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
just for the record, i just lightly rubbed my calipes back, then prepsoled them, and painted... this paint has not crack, chiped, faded the slightest, it holds it's own really good -

when you plead guilty make sure you read what the officer has writen, i once got arrested and put in a early guilty plea, only to find that if i read the officers statement instead of just signing it i could of not signed it gone to court and got of it, as the officer got the dates wrong on the statement, it didnt bother me anyways, but alot of people told me i could of got of due to this technicality, though i dont know how true it is, just a thought
