  1. Much better. Should be fun.
  2. Where they at?!? Sweet car op.
  3. Yep. Of course you could have done something. It's heaps unlikely a problem like that just pops up on its own.
  4. Fusible link blown
  5. Find Royce's result of 600kw or something stupid with an unopened neo.
  6. Yep. Would look crap of course.
  7. And seeing as you are removing the cas each time you do stuff, yes, the cas needs to be set correctly with a timing light each time.
  8. Man, I meant the whole vct unit along with cam gear. I thought it was kind of obvious. Changing just the actual gear part is a bit pointless, it's the actual vct actuator part of the car gear assembly that needs to be changed.
  9. The listed vin is not the same as the black one..
  10. Haha. Sucked in everyone.. You all missed out.
  11. Can't you just disconnect the vacuum to the booster and see how hard it is? Or push the clutch a few times with the engine off? Unless they are different bore master cylinders, that's how it will feel with no booster.
  12. Yes. Heaps.
  13. ^For figuring your afr out. So it could be anywhere between 10 to 17.:1, or 14 to15.5:1 based on those voltages. Is that helpful? No.
  14. Narrow band sensors are useless
  15. It definitely uses it as part of a transient fuel correction strategy, or something. When playing with Nistune it tends to confuse people, when hooked up to manifold vacuum shit gets weird!
  16. How about machining the head face of the manifold on a few degree angle to buy some space?
  17. Don't go pretending this is the end of the thread!
  18. Yep, then you still won't have better brakes etc of a factory turbo model
  19. Not hard. Assuming you have a functional brain and body of course.
  20. The ecu has an input for cranking, so it knows when the starter motor is cranking the engine over so it adds more fuel. I would be looking into that.
  21. Fair point. I'm not actually going to bother making these. I was shocked at the price, I mean really, they aren't big, nothing moves etc. I get it that there is an R and d factor, but having made a reasonable amount of adaptors myself I can tell you it is very easy to take the measurements and make them. No excuse but I did have a few beers on me when I posted previously!
  22. You are flirting with danger modifying the Injector settings without a wideband. The fact the coolant temp appeared to drop would mean the ecu would add fuel, probably the problem all along. No way did the settings in the ecu change by themselves.
