    Well the cams are different, not sure how that will affect you changing cams. I'm pretty sure ports are smaller, Is your head dead? Why swap?

    If you really want to do something stupid put 2 4g63 or 4b11t engines and gearboxes in, one in the front, one in the back.

    Well in yiur case a worked Rex beat a commodore with an exhaust and tune, not sure when or how well it was tuned so its not a fair comparison. You got a Dyno chart for the Commy? I'm sure with a decent tune the 4 into ones font give away that much down low. Mine with the cam is fine . of course it likes to rev but doesn't feel like its lacking.

    The block just has the oil gallery in it. The solenoid that activates vct is in the head.

    Getting it out isn't the easiest, try and drill and tap it, then pull it out by newly tapped thread.

    Because the vct system in the neo was revised to be better. There's also no drain for it on the head, as it doesn't just pump oil around like mad. I would definitely not use a rstrictor for the vct on a neo.

    If you change stuff after a mafless tune it will throw the tune right off so its not a fair comparison.
