Timing fluctuations at idle are normal as the ecu uses timing along with the IAC valve to control the rpm.
Check for vacuum leaks and set the idle screw in the aac or IAC or whatever its called on a 33.
That broken cas mount is nuts!
Pretty sure air con is on its own.
No. I guarantee it.
Thats why it has its own idler to adjust it.
Water pump and alternator together, alternator tensions it.
Power steer in its own, pivots to tension itself.
Could be other things.
How much boost is it running?
The r33 ecu isn't tuneable, so you can't just get a tune.
A tuneable ecu installed and tuned could be close to 2000. You have to decide if it's worth it.

I should add won't fit easily, meaning it is still able to be made to fit but is a silly waste of time and money.
Find a nice rb25 neo engine and drop that in.
