  1. Consider how much work it is to get the clutch off to do the seal if you have to do it again. The seal isn't a tricky seal.
  2. Fuel pumps will typically lose flow when the pressure goes up. It varies between pumps substantially. The free flow rating is as good as useless unless it's being used as a lift pump .
  3. You have found what flow your injectors need to have. Convert the total flow the injectors need into gph. Eg 1400x4=5600 cc per minute. 5.6lpm X 60 =360 liters per hour. Convert that to gallons.
  4. Boost doesn't equal power.
  5. Better use a turbo.
  6. Springs are likely needed. What make s you want to run that magical number? You have a power goal or a boost goal?
  7. It's actually not a full inspection. It is an Id check, but the guys doing it know what they are looking at and can defect the car and send it for the full Inspection, which is way more thorough.
  8. Ok. So this thread has at least 2 lessons for you. I have also realised I can't be helpful in this thread. I sort of want to but theres an overwhelming urge to stir a pot, that you have put infront of me. I'll just observe from here on....
  9. Oil thread. In general maintenance Heaps of options.
  10. Cal nailed it. The holes are tapped larger than rb25 . You would have to drill out the head studs holes.
  11. Can you please provide more info on the warranty? Then we might help you kill your engine.
  12. You are aware getting it through the sa ID inspection will requires it to be completely stock? Well not completely, but no coilovers , big turbo etc. They pick everything like the full inspection.
  13. Thread is going better than I expected
  14. I would have a guess and say no eay would it fit, but would be worth chipping up and using.
  15. I don't need data to call you out for guessing though do I? Here's a question for you . How much cooling affect does an engine get from air generally blowing over it vs the actual radiator? I don't know. But I would have a guess and say the air though the radiator is way more important.
  16. Ok. Still guessing though.
  17. Maybe. My only issue is that you are guessing.
  18. Maybe. Or the air being forced in the back makes it harder for air to go through the radiator.
  19. I missed the warranty comment until quoted. LOL.
  20. Check this out. http://webbersrbguide.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=89:rb30dettt-internal-a-external-oil-feed-mod&catid=50:rb30dettt&Itemid=29 Pay attention to second last paragraph.
  21. Are the cams in? You could blow air through the oil galleries by blowing it into the cam journals. I haven't used a pre neo head. The info came from my machinist who had seen the damage on a head from lack of oil.
  22. It doesn't inject the fuel so it doesn't go in . Once rev limit is reached no fuel injected. It's a fuel cut not ignition cut..
  23. The stock ecu doesn't shot flames. The stock ecu will cut fuel at 6800 rpm. Your mates tacho is wrong or different or modified ecu.
  24. You can't rev it past 6800 with stock ecu. You can't shoot flames with stock ecu. You can't make bangs with stock ecu. Oh I get it. Bang bang. The flame. You got flame!
  25. You can't over rev with the stock ecu. It has a rev limiter.
