Ok. Semi related. This happened. Took it to technician they said no worries . Also happened to a mate. What do you guys think? They say a picture paints a thousand words, hopefully animation paints 9000 words.

Wiring is different. Trans is different enough for that to become difficult. The correct trans , also from r33, re4r01a sell for pretty much nothing.

Try rotating the car instead of the nut.

Running higher boost won't make your car idle bad. Unless it has fouled the plugs from running rich or damaged the engine. 11 psi on a 32 ecu wouldn't do that.

Just crank in gear and off you go! Match revs for shifts. I drove a Patrol like that for a week before I got a chance to replace slave cylinder. Made driving pretty interesting.

Trent, when running nistune how are you adjusting the tables to get the correct dwell. As you would know it's not as straight forward as different ecu's. I found I had to modify both tables to get it acceptable, but even then the ecu does some weird stuff with the dwell (reducing it) on a series 2 stagea. Matt seems to think only the voltage correction table needs adjusting. I appreciate your time sharing what you have found so far. Ben

Actually if you stash drugs in and around the engine bay and kick panel I'm pretty sure that you won't cop a defect.
