  1. It's supposed to be like that. I wouldn't worry about the seal. Just don't fill it up with water. I don't use the cover at all.
  2. I want louvres.
  3. There's a dude running 600 kw or something nuts with a stock unopened neo with arp studs (replaced with the head still on) I wouldn't worry about the gasket just blowing due to a certain power level. It's cylinder pressure that does it, and pinging shoots cylinder pressure through the roof.
  4. Like you said due to conversion what fuses do you check? If you don't k ow no way will I know. The fact the pump is priming might mean the ecu Is turning on.
  5. I seriously doubt it. Stock runners are best for torque.
  6. I would say you have no fuel then either. Do the usual, check fuses. Then i would pull cas out and turn by hand to see if the injectors click and I'd there is spark. Then you have to set the timing due to removing the cas.
  7. Maybe. Or the cas or wiring has died. Is there fuel? Ie smell or can hear injectors clicking?
  8. You need 40 percent more fuel flow with e85.
  9. Based on oil cooling only I will say it's a journal bearing. And not worth much. Do you plan on using it? I wouldn't bother.
  10. Even though a trans cooler is a must have, are you sure the shifting issue was due to trans heat and not an issue caused by the ecu change?
  11. True! Forgot to mention I am in fairview park sa. Will also chuck in the flange spacer and longer studs so it will fit a stock manifold.
  12. Nice. RB ' s don't have timing chains. Anyway spam sucks and so do you.
  13. There are some differences between neo and non neo. So some things will need changing.
  14. As per title. Complete imcludong gcg stainless dump and actuator, minus oil and water lines. Only done approx 5000 k's street use and one dyno session. Awesome street turbo, only removing to go bigger. Not too sure on price, let me know if its unreasonable. 1250 bucks On car untill Wednesday. Ben
  15. Your request for serious input is not a legally binding obligation upon all forum users. Sorry you thought it was.
  16. Hah. Too early in the morning for me! Even then, do they really need 2?
  17. Use a screw driver against your ear touching on different things to pinpoint the noise.
  18. Have you seen skylines run 2 bovs? 1 is fine.
  19. You read the thread and still think it's a drain?
  20. 60 bucks! Wow.
  21. Shouldn't be a reason. But seems like it is. If it was me I would try a a different battery. And ensure battery terminals are clean.
  22. So it is happy when you connect a jumper onto it? Do you connect the jumper leads onto the terminals or one onto the chassis? Could it be corrosion in the cable going into the earth terminal on the battery? And there's no reason why the battery you put in couldn't be rooted.
  23. The cooler exhaust temp is obvious. The xtra exhaust volume due to burning more fuel still resulting in a slower spool is surprising. Stao's examole was 100 rpm later.
  24. I seriously think you pretty much need money to burn to daily a gtr. But I suppose you already know that
  25. First I've heard of lazier boost response on e85 due to lower egt. ....
