  1. Why are you sure is due to weak spark and not a boost leak?
  2. A helicoil would fix it easily. The hole doesn't have to be drilled out much larger and definitely can get the correct pitch. I haven't repaired that exact thread for the seat, it have helicoiled other m10 1. 25 threads on the car no worrues
  3. My guess is know in the inlet side? Why not change it back to how you had it working nicely?

  12. Radiator specialist said it. I said it. 89CAL said it. Scotty said it. It is pretty obvious. Get a new cap.
  13. I'm sure nistune allows you to set the speed trigger for vct to zero, which would explain it working in that case. Maybe on a stick ecu it wouldn't work. But who uses a stock ecu anyway?
  14. Look at the rb25 dyno results thread. All the info is there ready for you to figure out what you want to do.
  15. Searching would be the quickest and most simple way to get an answer. Believe it or not in the last 20 years this topic has been discussed.
  16. Thanks for the spam advice.
  17. Well as the thread commander you aren't doing a very good job of controlling us are you? Go to bolt shop. Look at bolts. Buy bolt. Install bolt. Stop worrying about bolt.
  18. Radiator expert sounds right. You should be able to feel the cap seal onto the rad when you first put it on, then when you do it up it compresses the spring inside it to allow the outer edge to seal.
  19. Going to stock is the most sensible, cheap and easiest option. You already know the turbo is not stock. Other non stock visible items are the turbo manifold (what the turbo bolts onto). The cheap ones tend to crack. They position the turbo very differently. This causes problems as you can't run the standard air box typically or the standard intake pipework. Cops will pick up on it quickly. If you keep an eye on the forums, exhaust manifolds can be had for around 50. The blue 90 degree bend and intercooler pipework also isn't standard. Not really a problem though depending on how good it is. Happy to try and help if you need more info.
  20. How much power did an air filter cost? Surely you will use a filter?
  21. Other than the light being on and abs not working? No
