  3. Yes . You should just plug it in and it should work. It would seem you either didn't plug it in or it doesn't work. ^ the most obvious answer ever.
  4. Being awd makes it harder to get another box to fit straight in. You can change the extension housing and put the transfer case on rwd transmissions I am told, but I wouldn't bother. An auto stagea box shouldn't be hard to find. Keep in mind that series 1 and 2 boxes are different and not interchangeable.
  5. If you change anything and it makes it worse it would be wise to return it to how it was.

  7. Also your breather and pcv setup is totally wrong. Which will cause you issues. Who did that? If it was the mechanic walk away now. (The black hose on top of the cam covers going to the blue t piece then onto the inlet manifold)
  8. You have a decision to make. Both involve going to a different workshop that know what they are doing.. 1 Return car to stock and drive it. 2 Spend a fair bit more money on a tuneable ecu[nistune], fuel pump, potentially injectors afm and clutch etc then dyno tuning and have a quicker car. Maybe. Depending on what turbo that is it might be a pig.

  11. If that bolt doesn't meet your quality standard it is extremely unlikely that another new one will. They make thousands at a time as I'm sure you would know. If it was me I would use it. If I didn't have it I would get an Unbrako bolt and use that.

  13. Instead of blowing tonnes of cash on the car why not save up and buy a house and move out? Sorry for the sensible suggestion..... Why are you going for forged pistons? Have you seen how much power stock pistons can handle?
  14. I'm still using a stock bov with a 3076. I crushed it to apply more spring pressure so it doesn't leak. Previously had reversion issues, modified return angle in inlet pipe and it fixed it. Was surprising as the return was angled slightly to the turbo previously but obviously not enough. It's a very simple thing to change, angled nd is very likely the cause of Ron ' s issues. Anywhere that welds ally can do it. And cheap. And quickly.

  16. I fitted r34 gtt brakes to my stagea (rs ) which has 12mm holes in the struts. I machined up new inserts for the calipers with M12 threads.knocked out old ones knocked in new ones. Heaps easy. Maybe I should make a heap more....

  18. I want an auto and serious power. It depends what you want to do with the car. I like drag racing. So auto it is.
