  1. Well you specified money is no object so anything is possible. And it is the same engine so isnt hard at all. I would just use 33 loom and coils.
  2. That's it. is that yours? Should be on the car
  3. It's not that hard. Especially as it comes with instructions and you have already found more info on the net. What are you afraid of?
  4. Something is wrong. I would put stock One back in and sell short shifter. But I wouldn't have bought it in the first place.
  5. Pointless thread is pointless.
  6. You thinking it feels better after one corner points strongly to the placebo affect. More info on the corner so we can get a better understanding?
  7. That's a yes or no question, true?
  8. Do what ever then. I never said it doesn't rely on the afm.
  9. Check fault codes on ecu. I'm sure its not happy you disconnected it
  10. It is used by the ecu as part of its ve map mystery. It needs to be there. It is not just an over boost detector.
  11. Can't assume people are reasonable on here! And I wouldn't group porting with machine work, but whatever.
  12. Put map sensor back on. If you have all that stuff to go on why even bother running 10psi. It's not worth it just put all of your good stuff on and enjoy it.
  13. What part near the rocker cover on the firewall? The map sensor? There's your problem
  14. Hahaha. Neo engines aren't shit just cos you can't figure out boost control. Anyways, running more boost on an untuned ecu is pointless, just wait until you can afford to do things properly with a tune.
  15. Seems like you should stop thinking up crazy ass scenarios and listen to the advice already given...
  16. That's not the problem. You read wrong about more power requires larger gap. The ecu gives no f**ks about the gap size.
  17. Already having it installed is no excuse to use it.
  18. They are more powerful again but not required,if you get then cheap though is worth it
  19. Cheers! I did consider writing that initially, but didn't want to start the flaming too early. It has been a while since the last ffp argument thread.
  20. There are heaps of threads on how pointless it is to do what you are suggesting. So much work for no gain.
  21. You would get rid of distributor. (Still has to be there for crank angle sensing, but with no leads or cap required on it. The 3d will be able to run the coils no worries. You will need some wiring done though, wolf won't be likely able to supply wiring for you. You will need to do some research, buy it is the cheaper and better option.
  22. Difference between a professional and an amateur is knowing when to use wire instead of cable ties. Looks fine to me
