There's enough brake fluid in the system that as the pads wear it doesn't need topping up . If you top it up you have to sick it out when replacing pads.
So if the fluid is low, it has lost some somehow or the pads are totally screwed.
Oh well. Buy it and report back. It's 10 percent shorter with harder rubber, good luck noticing much other than the placebo affect because you spent money and it's nismo!

But why would you want to be able to flick a switch and make your exhaust sound shit and drone?
And it's more expensive to get a varex. Seems like a poor choice.
Staying in second is the 'limp mode' of the Trans, and there is no easy fix.
Usually the shift solenoids are what screw up, so a visit to a Trans specialist is required.
