    I have a walbro 455 pump, and often run my tank all the way to below the E with no issues at all. My pump is in the stock mount, with the aid of cable ties. Its definitely not a c34 issue. No factory car runs shit with 1\4 tank of fuel. That would be pretty bad work by the new car engineers, and thwy never atuff up

    Actually did you have the inlet cam gear on? If you didn't oil would piss out the gap.

    89cal likes using the bolt, I dont! With an mls gasket I would use it. And obviously Nissan put it there for a reason. So it was leaking from the cam seal with the engine not running? That seal must be totally stuffed!

    Search and research yourself. Welcome to the forum. You don't need to be spoon fed. There is heaps of excellent info on here. Have a look around. Figure out a budget and goal.

    I am not using that bolt cos I am lazy. Means if I have to take head off I can leave the intake manifold on. I have no leaks, using fibre gasket is probably helping. What gasket is in there? Is it leaking from there? Yes you can reuse arp studs.

    Surely insurance wouldnt cover you in a crash as you aren't correctly licenced . That's a crazy risk to take.

    You can also use a turbosmart eboost to control the vct switching. It has a configurable output.

    Whilst I am 100% sure simon and his tuner understand the function of a bov, it is interesting to note he doesnt use one and perhaps could have contributed. The only way to know for sure is another garret, and use a bov to compare results. However if I was simon, after so many failures, I would be looking at a change of manufacturers.
