  1. Do you have the shims installed behind the pads? I think the one way valve is actually inside the vacuum line going to the booster.
  2. Won't there be a huge hole in the rail if you pull one injector out?
  3. Why wouldn't you deck it? It would be at a machinist anyway, and hardly costs anythings to do. The port matching to gasket is pretty much pointless, typically the gaskets are a reasonable amount larger than the ports, so you would just be doing this ___/\____ (gasket goes between slashes, makes more sense in my head than on the screen) Hacking shit up and making it worse with a die grinder is easy, improving the flow characteristics of a port is really hard.
  4. True, but it should be noted it isn't a Nistune board, its a board from a 3rd party that allows you to tune using nistune software. Wether that is bad is up to you, but I am curious how any issues that may arise with the interaction of nistune and the board will be dealt with. I know Matt from nistunes support is amazingly good. Ben
  5. You wouldn't just fix the bearing, it would be a full rebuild, so price that up.
  6. I'm 99.99 percent sure there is no difference between neo and non neo head bolts \ studs. Looking at the 2 part numbers, the one ending in 9 has a slightly higher torque specified. I would buy what ever is cheaper. But I wouldn't. I reused my head bolts for my rb2530 with 295rwkw, so do whatever.
  7. The na 30 pumps less than the turbo 30 pump. They are all different butwill allbolt on.N1 pumps break due to huge revs and potential misalignment caused by line boring, combined with the small drive contact on the crank. All pumps barely make contact on the crank drive. what are your goals for the engine?
  8. Thought this would have been snapped up by now, but still have it!
  9. The thickness, along with teeth count etc determine how much it flows, so thinner equals less flow.
  10. Sorry should have elaborated. They will all bolt on but will flow different amounts.

  12. Woah dude. Slow down.... you are going to rip yourself off unless you relax and do some research.
  13. When did nissan bring in obd2? r34 still was consult. So maybe good for new stageas but not skylines or c34 stags. op, make it easy for us, what Nissan cars is this good for?
  14. That sucks. I thought you would only do the outside. ... nevermind, lesson learnt.
  15. with the car running? The fuel pressure should raise when you disconnect the line with the car ruining.
  16. lol at smooth hands update!
  17. Nope, skylines don't use obd at all. They use "consult" which was only on Nissan.
  18. I thought you use oven cleaner to remove anodising.
  19. Yeah that's true about the pressure, missed that bit, but we are just assuming that's the base pressure its tuned at. As you didn't do it is hard to tell. I would pull off the pressure reg vac line and prime pump, see what the pressure goes to, it should be higher than with engine vac applied. I would still check pump voltage.
  20. As it seems pump related I would check you are getting full voltage to the pump with car running. Someone else's dodgy wiring is a nightmare, why is the a fuel pump switch on the dash?
  21. lol
  22. Yeah, I understand that! You will get more help though if people can actually understand your posts and you take the 30 extra seconds to use slightly better grammar. So do you have a dyno chart, or a time slip? I am interested to see it as I can see an external gate in the photo so obviously you have a bigger turbo on board. And seriously, does your car stall sometimes? An afm and Atmo bov is a bad combo.
  23. At first I agreed, but then realised fire trucks don't explode, now I'm really confused!
  24. What computer are you running? I see an afm and an Atmo bov. Please don't start a thread in a couple of days asking why your car stalls......
