  1. Drag racing uses mph, and as far as that goes i'm not ready to change. Psi in tyres, and mph for drag racing.
  2. from what I have found the gasket is the same part number, which would suggest it will fit.
  3. search
  4. ahh.. that makes sense!
  5. Hi, I have roughly checked the height issue, and it seems all good. Was planning on triple checking soon, there is always the option of dropping the engine a little to gain more clearance if needed. Car was Dyno'd at Garage 7, plus I bought the nistune individual licence and already had a wideband data logger., Tuning seems pretty good, at cruise and WOT, but there are some heaps rich spots around 3/4 throttle to tweak. Its the VE map thats doing it.
  6. OK, so I fitted my whiteline sway bar and same issue, too narrow. It is on a S2 RWD RS I wasnt happy with the mental angle so I machined up some spacers to sort it. Also had to slot the holes in the U brackets to be able to get them on. HEAPS better handling, DO IT PEOPLE!!!
  7. Thanks guys, thats what I thought! And no joke about no matter what it wont be ready in a weekend, I was deluding myself for a bit there. Just wondering if anyone knew from experience, but I suppose people dont normally try a backwards step to see how bad it is!
  8. That plug goes to the TPS,cant you folow the wires back to it? There are 2 plugs that go there, not sure why, maybe something to with traction control.
  9. needs to be extended before and after the diff. Not guaranteed to fit though, as there are other slight differences. I made my exhaust from 2 cat back r33 exhausts, cost 200 bucks and its stainless, from dump back. was heaps cheaper than buying the bends.
  10. Ok, i'm feeling lucky. I guess stock pump.
  11. was the car cheap? Hope you can fix it easily man, like people said check for leaks
  12. doing up the nut with the camshaft unsecured won't bend a valve though, that would only happen if the cam turns. ( without the crank turning)
  13. re read that post man, he posed a question and answered it. Everyone knows ceramic wheels suck
  14. Pretty sure the yellow texta mark is factory. What do you know about the car? What makes you think it would haves been changed anyway?
  15. Thanks. it is an r33 head. The issue with using my head is the time it is going to take to have to weld up oil feed and run external line. I have a Nistune and am running ls2 coils so ignition wise no problem. I am leaning towards using my head, will just need to wait a while as a result.
  16. where do you live? I have some coils you can try if in Adelaide
  17. the cas goes on the exhaust cam, the vct is on the inlet cam.
  18. the solenoid either opens or closes the oil flow to the vct, it doesn't directly move anything.
  19. also oil drain. should be heaps obvious!
  20. low fuel light sensor circled.
  21. the level sender is separate to the low fuel light. so if the level sensor is stuck it wouldn't effect the light. the light is controlled by its own sensor in the fuel tank. check wiring for that.
  22. look at the oil and coolant feed on the block. if they are plugged I would say it is a non turbo
