Worn synchros, yes it has happened before. It's not a problem with the shifter, so replacing that won't help, and your tuner is right, shirt sgufters are harder on synchros

Out of curiosity is the r32 you are taking about putting the barra into already in Australia already or do you also need to buy one? I just want to figure out how long I need to wait for the build thread where the action happen And another one, are you an Aussie? That ignition code comes up when there is an ignition issue obviously, but it also comes up when you change to ls coils. The error needs to be turned off, but it doesn't cause any problems at all.

Definitely lock. You can command them to lock using hp tuners. Force it to stay in 3rd and lock converter is what I and others I know do, but Wether that's normal who knows..... ...
