    An internet diagnosis of a noise is pretty hard, especially one that doesn't seem catastrophic or even to be concerned about. Hopefully it all checks out when you dig deeper. Typically straight after doing things you tune into noises that were normally there, but your mind makes you think the worse. opposite of when people change their oil and feel like the car is heaps faster!

    Well there goes my first theory. Here's a silly question, did you previously drive at low speed in a high gear? Or are you trying to find weird noises?

    Just bolt it on. It's not rocket surgery. I can t imagine wanting or needing an owners manual for an exhaust. Did they even come with one?

    also no way never ever ever is it the injectors or fuel pump causing those symptoms.

    my vote is boost leak, and yo umust pressure test. thats a rule. you cant see them. second vote is for coolant temp sensor. both votes hold equal weight and if i am correct you owe me a favor. talk later.

    Hi and welcome. pretty much the role of a bottom end is to not explode, the turbo takes care of making the biggest impact on power, followed by cams and porting. Take your time, measure and triple check everything. depending on what your acutal plan for assembly that is. Building engines, especially highe performance ones, requires quality measuring equipment and knowing how to use it. Bolting stuff together is easy. missing small important details is also easy. Thats pretty much why good engine builders charge what they do, they have the tools and know how, eye for detail and patience to do a proper job. good luck! ps. read the oil control thread,

    thats pretty ghetto, at least the intercooler will catch the big chunks! if i was to do that, i would use a garden blower or compressor to pressurise the pipe work to shoot it back into my eyes .

    what happens with no closed loop control, just a set duty cycle? it looks like you are getting the opposite result to expected.

    The starter motor will do its thing no matter what! (aside from an aftermarket immobiliser doing its thing)

    Sounds like you can still crank it to undo the nut. Don't need inlet manifold or exhaust for that, it is better if the car doesn't start! You will have pretty much no chance of doing the head without backing off the tensioner for the timing belt. And if you do manage to get the belt off the pulleys I can't see you getting it back on.

    Trigger kit will not work with power fc.. you need a proper standalone ecu to use a trigger kit.
