  1. You could probably steal one but that would be wrong. So buying it is the better option
  2. Sorry about your loss. Cant put a price on the car based on that info, there's way too many variables. Can tell it must have a different ecu , among other things. You really should take it to a knowledgeable workshop and see if they can help, or someone who knows cars needs to look over it.
  3. But who cares really? No one is going to use a stock turbo for anything are they?
  4. For money I will do anything. Dudes can get married here so get in touch
  5. People don't tend to stuff up the exhaust clearence then post results online. If they are just tighter than the spec, but still exist, I would say no way would it cause your issue. What about ignition timing?
  6. That could be your problem, you have to line up the dots on the pulleys, I dont recall if that is even at tdc as it doesn't really matter.
  7. Intake leak, throttle not closing fully, timing heaps wrong. Hard to guess
  8. Are you seriously bumping your second thread on this when the other one has replies? take it easy
  9. That's a big issue you have, but I don't think it's the tight clearances causing it. Unless they are non existant. tight exhaust clearances will lead to burnt exhaust valves, so I would be addressing it first anyway.
  10. They aren't complicated, they just aren't supported in Aus. That's the risk you take with an import.
  11. Agreed. I don't use ball joint seperator I beat it off. Then I get to work on the car. Surely there are videos on how to seperate ball joints around, try and find them
  12. How are you trying to remove it? They don't just pop apart when you undo the nut if that is what you are expecting to happen.
  13. No way is the airbag issue a fuse issue, you are probably going to need a scan tool to check for errors and be able to clear them.
  14. Walk away. For a guy who has not been able to solve simple issues with an rb25 getting an r35 will destroy you.
  15. I would suggest the tacho isn't accurate and that is the issue. If possible log what is actullay happening with a consult cable and see if I am correct.
  16. no shroud is likely the issue. what do you mean vac line?
  17. Do you trust the gauge? What fan are you using? Does it have the shroud in place?
  18. Neo doesn't have the front head oil return from vct and vct solenoid is different.
  19. Why do you want forged pistons? The de neo head ports are going to limit power as they are tiny, forged pistons don’t make sense in this case
  20. That is the starkest reason to turbo a car. Good work. Normally cold start can be loud as timing is retarded to warm cat up quickly. Just for reference, if those tables can be modified you could have just done that. But a turbo is obviously the sensible option!
